MEPPI has appointed Tricia Breeger as General Manager of the Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Division, effective April 1. Breeger will be responsible for managing all operations, ensuring that customers benefit from the best total value in backup power solutions and services.
Breeger joined MEPPI, located in Warrendale, PA, in 2000, dedicating 17 years to the growth and development of several Power Systems Transmission & Distribution business units. She is a passionate leader with an emphasis on business growth and development, product quality, engineering and advanced manufacturing across both mechanical and electrical product lines. Breeger received her BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from the University of Arkansas and furthered her education with an MBA from Robert Morris University in 2010. “I am excited and honored to lead the UPS Division in our mission to deliver superior uninterruptible power supplies, complete system solutions, and services that maximize uptime and energy efficiency,” stated Breeger.

Votes cast reflect the best in innovative products that implement new technologies to solve today's problems. Mitsubishi Electric's 9900CX UPS garnered the gold award in the Energy Management category, beating all products competing for this top award. This is the second time in three years a UPS from Mitsubishi Electric has finished in the top 3 in this category; in 2015, Mitsubishi Electric was awarded the bronze prize for the 9900C.

Mitsubishi Electric, an industry leader in design, manufacturing, and servicing reliable, environmentally friendly Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), announces the release of the 9900CX, a line of UPS products designed for the relentless demand of cloud and colocation services facing today's hyperscale data centers. The 9900CX is the largest 480V static UPS in the industry. The 9900CX uses 350 kVA power modules mated to intelligent bypass modules. The bypass modules are available in 1400 kVA, 1750 kVA, and 2100 kVA, and are paired with up to six power modules.
Mitsubishi maintains the top three listings on the Energy Star website in the AC-Double Conversion (VFI) product category. The SUMMIT ® Series UPS is the highest rated unit in the Uninterruptible Power Supply product page. It beat out 117 other double conversion UPS products.
