Mission Critical

Today, we collectively find ourselves battling a faceless enemy that is drastically changing the reality of the world around us.  The irony of the situation is that it is forcing us to work at a distance from each other, yet work together as a team to continue our mission of supporting our customers.  Our priority as a company has always been and always will be delivering critical services and products to essential businesses that sustain our nation’s infrastructure and propel our economy forward, and it has become even more important to do so in this time of crisis.

To achieve this important mission, we remain operational to fulfill customer needs, albeit in a modified manner that protects our most important resource, our employees.  We have enacted our business continuity plan, and have taken the necessary steps to mitigate the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus by adjusting work environments and schedules as well as employing IT tools to achieve recommended social distancing.

Please know that despite these difficult times, we remain steadfast in our desire to assist and support our customers to the fullest extent possible.  We have adjusted our business practices as necessary, and have discovered new ways to communicate and operate effectively internally to honor our commitments to our customer base.  Please don't hesitate to make us aware of any urgent needs, as we recognize that the important work you do supports our country's critical infrastructure, something that each of us relies on every day.

Product Availability

We realize the severe impact that the pandemic has had on many industries, most notably healthcare.  We have witnessed the much-needed urgent establishment of emergency care centers in non-traditional venues.  We understand that the need for these facilities could not have been foreseen, yet they are expected to provide life-sustaining services and therefore most certainly need emergency backup power.  We want you to know that we stock ample inventory of uninterruptible power supplies and batteries in our Pennsylvania warehouse - it would be our honor to provide product to support such noble humanitarian efforts. 

Obviously, there are numerous other industries that have been strained by the new norm:  networks, content providers, and financial institutions are undoubtedly experiencing increased demand for their services with a huge influx of people forced to perform everyday functions remotely.  Again, we would be privileged to assist should you need to expand your equipment capabilities - we have product readily available for shipment.

Service Availability

Our capability to ship replacement parts quickly remains intact as well as our capacity to rapidly deploy service technicians.  Both our Service Support team (Scheduling, Quoting, Shipping) and our Field Service team (Technicians, Supervisors, ASPs) are fully operational.  Again, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any urgent needs for service or parts - we would be honored to assist those on the frontlines in immediate need of backup power supplies or services to supplement their efforts.
