Mitsubishi Electric is committed to delivering superior service and support over the operating life of all of our UPS equipment.

As technologies mature and components become obsolete, it ultimately becomes challenging and then no longer feasible to provide replacement parts, services, and support for legacy products.
 
As we continue to develop and introduce new technologies, customers will have the opportunity to update their critical power infrastructure and keep pace with higher uptime and efficiency expectations, increased loads, new connectivity options, and tighter security requirements.  
 
However, we understand that a critical power upgrade or replacement needs to be a carefully planned event.
 
Below, we have published our Product Lifecycle Support Phases and Schedule - and provided a document request form for legacy products - so that customers can make well-informed decisions regarding the maintenance, updating, and upgrading of their Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and associated peripherals.
 
We also have listed potential UPS replacement models for equipment that has passed the Active Support phase.

As your system ages and reaches around 75% of its expected service life (roughly 10-12-year mark), it becomes increasingly important to start planning to either replace UPS lifecycle parts or do a full UPS replacement.
