GENERAL

  • How long has Mitsubishi Electric offered uninterruptible power supplies?
    • Mitsubishi Electric has been manufacturing precision-engineered, highly reliable uninterruptible power supplies since 1964, and offering these products to North American facilities with critical power requirements since 1985.
  • What makes a Mitsubishi Electric Uninterruptible Power Supply stand out from its competition?
    • Mitsubishi Electric is the only major brand of uninterruptible power supplies that designs and manufactures its own Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) and Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) - the power electronics that are the essential components to the "uninterruptible" in uninterruptible power supplies. With its unrivaled expertise in electronics design, control and manufacturing, Mitsubishi Electric delivers the highest reliability and efficiency in UPS. Mitsubishi Electric achieves the highest levels of reliability among backup power electronic suppliers. Our reliability is measured as the % of time our uninterruptible power supplies have sustained their load carrying capability.
