We offer batteries, maintenance bypasses, critical load cabinets, paralleling cabinets, flywheels as well as a full range of Services.
Our facilities in Warrendale include 76,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space with a robust inventory of UPS and parts, switch-gear, batteries. This enables us to offer next day shipments of some parts with lead times in the range of 2 to 4 weeks for smaller UPS and 4 to 6 weeks for larger standard product orders.

Size and weight vary by model but through the use of three level IGBT topology, being transformerless, or using cutting edge SiC technology Mitsubishi is able to offer UPS with smaller footprints and weights than other traditional topology UPS maximizing their power density. The Mitsubishi UPS operates with a near unit input power factor, this allows for a 1:1 generator sizing. Note: Most generators are not recommended to operate above 80% capacity. Please consult a generator manufacture before sizing your generator.
The 9900Aegis can be paralleled up to 4 modules. The 9900CX can be paralleled up to 6 modules. The 9900B, 9950, SUMMIT® Series UPS, and 9900C can be paralleled up to 8 modules.
In order to parallel Mitsubishi UPS modules, a parallel control board needs to be added to each UPS module. They can then be paralleled together through a Critical Load Cabinet (CLC). For assistance in paralleling UPS modules Contact Us

In most cases there won’t be but the UPS will likely be on utility power while the maintenance is in progress. If there is an external maintenance bypass with your system we can place your critical load on generator or utility power during our annual PM visit. Additionally, we can offer after hours service in a maintenance contract for a modest upcharge if needed.
For systems that are properly maintained an operating life of 15-20 years is typical for a Mitsubishi Electric UPS.

A UPS replacement schedule can slightly vary depending on your specific UPS model. For newer UPS models, capacitors are due for replacement after the unit has been operating for 10-15 years, 5 years for fans. Sealed batteries should be budgeted at year 3 with replacement typically by year 5.

A First Responder class empowers your staff to confidently read the Human Machine Interface screen and understand the information of the daily activity of the UPS under normal and adverse conditions. The four hour class covers basic theory of operation, a virtual tour inside the UPS, review of user menus, review of a power schematic, and hands-on time when possible at your site. Each participant receives a hard copy manual.
