Isaiah Williams

Region: Canada/Plains

After 5 years in the Navy as an Avionic Technician, Isaiah joined Mitsubishi Electric as a Field Service Technician II in the Canada/Plains region. Ernesto Mercado

Region: Southwest

With over 30 years in the industry, Ernesto worked for a third-party service provider before joining Mitsubishi Electric in July of 2024. This interview demonstrates the wealth of knowledge he brought to our team, as well as insight into who he is as a person. Get to know Ernesto!

Jacob Boren

Region: Gulf

After 6.5 years in the Air Force, Jacob joined Mitsubishi Electric as a Field Service Technician II where every day “feels like an adventure.” We sit down with Jacob to learn more about his time at Mitsubishi Electric- and ask him the world’s most controversial questions.

Leif Lecy

Region: North East (Supervisor)

Leif, a Connecticut native, joined our team in 2017 and has worked his way up to Supervisor of our North East region. He loves being part of a hard-working and dedicated team, learning new skills, and coaching his son’s football team.

Donald Fenstermaker (“Sticks”)

Region: North East

After 6 years in the Navy as a Nuclear Electronic Technician II, Sticks started with Mitsubishi Electric in November of 2022. Learn more about his experience, his focus on safety, and his favorite comfort food!

Daniel Lambert

Region: Gulf

Roger Lo

Region: Southern California

As a seasoned UPS technician of 18 years, Roger Lo currently works at CPT- A Service Branch of Mitsubishi Electric, primarily serving San Diego and surrounding areas. Learn more about Roger and the changes he’s witnessed in the critical power industry.

Chang Kim

Region: Plains/Canada

Chang is no stranger to the mission critical business and has 15 years of experience and knowledge, 11 of which he has spent at Mitsubishi Electric. Learn more about him, what he thinks makes us stand out in the industry, and why Service is so important to facilities.

Kelly Akers

Region: South East

As a Marine Corps veteran, Kelly first began learning about electronics when he worked as a technician on radar scopes. Now, a seasoned Critical Power Field Service Technician, he shares his experience working on UPS and why he thinks Service is so important.

Johnny Mallory

Region: Gulf

After 20 years in the Navy as a Chief Fire Controlman, Johnny began his career in critical power with Mitsubishi Electric about 5 years ago. As a jack of all trades, he has accumulated multiple degrees and certifications.

Chris Lee, native to Houston, TX, first joined Mitsubishi Electric in 2020 as a Field Service Technician II. Chris shares his knowledge on how much the critical power industry has changed and what sets our business apart from the rest.

Mike Martiros

Region: North East

Mike has worked for Mitsubishi Electric for the past 12 years. He has a background in repairing electronics and worked in Manufacturing Automation for 15 years prior to his current role.

Erik Goudie

Region: South West

Erik has been in the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) industry for over 20 years. He has been at Mitsubishi Electric for 6 years, serving as a Field Service Technician III primarily in the Dallas, TX area.

Anthony Corrado

Region: North East 

Anthony is a Pittsburgh native who has worked in Mitsubishi Electric’s Critical Power Solutions Division as a Field Service Technician II for the past 6 years, following his previous role in the High Voltage Switchgear Division.

Eric MacDonald

Region: North East

Eric has been a Field Service Technician III for the past 7 years. Originally from Western Maryland with a Navy background in electronics, he started in a temp CAD position in our Engineering Department back in 2014 before accepting a position in the Service Department.
