APRIL 4, 2022 – Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of Computer Protection Technology (CPT), a leading critical power service and solutions provider in the Southern California region.

The proximate timing of the acquisition of CPT with our division’s re-naming as the Critical Power Solutions Division is appropriate.
