Michael Unangst

North East

Michael built his career in electronics, starting at Lincoln Tech and spending years in the field where every day was different. Calm, safety‑minded, and big on the “why,” he takes time to help customers understand the systems that keep their business running. Curious and hands-on by nature, he aims to learn something new every day – perhaps flying an airplane will be next!

Collin Marks

North East

Collin embodies what it means to “hit the ground running.” With ambition, curiosity, and extreme ownership at the forefront, he started a pursuit post-college to find a career he is truly passionate about. Today, he is helping build Mitsubishi Electric’s battery field service team and “loves it.” Dive in to Collin’s story and experiences – his motivation is infectious!

Whether he’s performing love ballads on the bajo quinto or troubleshooting on-site, Javier Meras is a passionate individual that goes the extra mile for his family, friends, and customers. Being in the critical power industry since 2001, Javier possesses deep technical expertise that will serve him well in his new role as a Technical Support Specialist II! In this feature, he shares how the industry has evolved, his most memorable story, and the strangest food he’s ever tried!

A true New Englander, Pete has lived in the Rhode Island / Massachusetts area all his life. An electrician by trade, he’s been working on UPS systems since the early 2000s. After his time in the Navy, Ed embarked on a 30+ year career in electronics which includes joining Mitsubishi Electric in 2022. He is an expert when it comes to proper safety protocol, a surprise lover of HEYDUDE shoes, and a firm believer that fries should NOT be dipped in milkshakes!

After 5 years in the Navy as an Avionic Technician, Isaiah joined Mitsubishi Electric as a Field Service Technician II in the Canada/Plains region. Mike has worked for Mitsubishi Electric for the past 12 years. He has a background in repairing electronics and worked in Manufacturing Automation for 15 years prior to his current role.

After 20 years in the Navy as a Chief Fire Controlman, Johnny began his career in critical power with Mitsubishi Electric about 5 years ago. As a jack of all trades, he has accumulated multiple degrees and certifications.

Erik has been in the UPS industry for over 20 years. He has been at Mitsubishi Electric for 6 years, serving as a Field Service Technician III primarily in the Dallas, TX area.

Eric MacDonald

North East

Eric has been a Field Service Technician III for the past 7 years. Originally from Western Maryland with a Navy background in electronics, he started in a temp CAD position in our Engineering Department back in 2014 before accepting a position in the Service Department.
